Acorn Hill Mission Statement:
Our school and its diverse community provide an oasis to fully and freely develop the capacities of each child.  Since its founding in 1964, the teaching and curriculum have emphasized the healthy development of the heart, body and mind through imaginative play, meaningful work and expressive arts in a natural environment.  We see in Waldorf Education the opportunity to build a better society.
Annual Giving

Support current year’s operating costs including teacher salaries and benefits, tuition assistance, classroom supplies and building and grounds improvements.
The Vision Fund

A new initiative designated to fund our vision of offering new and expanded programs to reach more children within our diverse community.
The Foster Fund

Honoring Nancy Foster and her 30 plus years at Acorn Hill, this endowment fund is restricted to grants for Waldorf teacher training and ensures a future of qualified Waldorf Early Childhood educators.

Show Your Support

Acorn Hill could not exist without the support of the Acorn Hill community—parents, alumni, grandparents, board members, faculty/staff, and other friends and volunteers.

The amount each family and individual gives is a personal decision. Your contribution—along with those of all donors—directly enhances a child’s education, and we hope that all members of the Acorn Hill community will participate to the best of their ability.

Acorn Hill appreciates your support and help!
